The Town of Mt. Crested Butte is very excited to invite residents and homeowners of Mt. CB to the Annual Town Picnic! New this year, we're featuring local band, Sunny Downpour! Please bring a potluck dish for eight. The Town of Mt. CB will provide the main course and drinks.

The Town of Mt. Crested Butte is launching a recalibration of the draft master plan. To ensure a community-driven process, the town will have several engagement opportunities for our stakeholders, boards, and the public.
The first engagement opportunity is a winter experience survey to provide guidance to shape Mt. Crested Butte into a destination after the lifts stop spinning.
Join us this year by participating in two community clean-up events on Saturday, June 4, 2022.
Community Clean-Up
Help us keep the town of Mt. Crested Butte looking beautiful by picking up trash in the neighborhood.
Time: 10 a.m. to Noon
Where: Meet at Town Hall to pick up your trash bag and coordinate areas of cleaning
Bring: Yourself, a friend, gloves & water
The Mt. Crested Butte Town Council will be appointing two (2) members to the Downtown Development Authority Board at the Tuesday, May 17, 2022, meeting. These terms will run until June 2026.
Rasta Lot, Town Hall parking lot, Snodgrass trailhead parking lots, and the small parking area in front of the exercise park will be closed Thursday, May 12 due to striping. If you are visiting Town Hall, please park at the lower dirt lot adjacent to the pavilion.
