The structure and function of Mt. Crested Butte governing bodies are defined by the Town Charter and Colorado state law pertaining to that charter. The following are within the town of Mt. CB governmental bodies:
Public Notices
Any other special meeting or public hearing by any town committee can be called upon when a discussion or decision needs to take place on an issue before a regularly scheduled meeting, at least 48 hours in advance. No business can be conducted at a special meeting unless it has been specifically stated in the posted notice. For more information regarding these notices, you can search the Town Code relative to each committee.
