Homestead Affordable Housing Project

The Town of Mt. Crested Butte has hired Bywater Development to redesign and finalize construction of the Homestead Affordable Housing Project. This project consists of 22 two and three-bedroom deed-restricted residences, ranging in size from 1,150 to 1,600 livable square feet plus attached garages.
