Grand Lodge Owners

Grand Lodge Owners do not need a Short Term Rental License, but they must pay the occupancy fee. This is a yearly fee and it is $10 per person that the unit sleeps. For example, if the unit sleeps 4, the annual fee is $40.

If you have purchased or plan to purchase a Grand Lodge unit, please email Heidi Sheldon, hsheldon@mtcb.colorado.gov, You will be provided with directions on how to register in MUNIRevs and pay the occupancy fee. A one-page application form with contact information will need to be completed before paying the fee.

The occupancy fee is required upon purchase of the unit. The annual fee is to be paid between November 1st and December 31st for the following year. Email notifications will be sent when the annual fee is due.

Lodging taxes are to be remitted through the account in MUNIRevs. Please review the Lodging Tax policies.

Grand Lodge units are required to Short-Term Rent per HOA covenants. 

The Occupancy fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Failure to pay the occupancy fee will result in a court citation for violation of Town Code.
