The Town of Mt. Crested Butte has officially launched its 2025 E-Bike Rebate Program, a local sustainability initiative aimed at encouraging the use of electric bicycles as a cleaner, more efficient mode of transportation.
As part of the town’s ongoing efforts to reduce traffic congestion and lower greenhouse gas emissions, the program provides financial incentives to residents and Town employees who purchase an e-bike. The Town Council recently approved a total of $10,000 in funding for the program.
Eligible participants include Mt. Crested Butte residents and Town employees who have purchased an e-bike on or after January 1, 2025. The goal of the program is to promote environmentally friendly transportation options while contributing to a healthier, more sustainable community.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the rebate while funds remain available.
